ESC will supply a certificate of liability insurance for the sum of Five million dollars aggregate, two million per incident.

ESC is secured by a ten thousand dollar bond by the State of New York, Five Thousand in New Jersey, both State mandated.

ESC participates in the State mandated compensation program.

ESC supports a State mandatory disability policy.
